Song on the Spot Saturday's

It's like Johnny on the Spot, but not...

We are excited to share a new idea with you which we are going to start incorporating weekly on Saturday's, today. Think of it like a musical 'Whose Line is it Anyway'. No, we're not going to put on a comedy show every weekend, but rather, invite whoever is tuning in to our Facebook Live feed around 8:30AM (give or take a half our or so): www.facebook.com/keyofawesomemusic to join in the collaborative process in writing an original song as a group in real-time.

How will we manage to do such a thing, you may ask?

We will be using a dry erase board to write down your ideas as they come in on the live feed. All you have to do is tune in, and chime in with what words, phrases, or topic you'd like to write about, and we will build on it together. We'll take your comments, and then turn them into a string of words to form a sentence, which will eventually turn into a song with music and melody behind it on one of several instruments (percussion instruments, hang drum, ukulele, piano/keyboard, guitar).

It's something we've been tinkering around with in our heads for awhile, and it's time to put it into action.
