TGIF! It's the day before the official start of Spring: March 19th. As we reflect upon all this winter had to offer us in the form of precipitation (snow, sleet, and rain) and experiences (snowboarding, sledding, snowball fights, shoveling, snow angels, snowmen making), let us not forget that like all things in life, it must come to an end. But, it ought not be a sorrowful occasion, but rather a joyous one since the cold weather will soon be behind us and we won't have to worry about de-icing/scraping the car windows or slipping on a piece of ice out on a brisk morning walk. Instead, we'll have the birds singing their songs, the grass growing a bright shade of green, flowers blooming, warmer air, and sunnier days to look forward to. Nature will be in full beautiful effect for us to take advantage of, so let's 'get it while the getting's good'.
