Yes, there really is a day that exists called, 'World Listening Day', and it is today. This can mean listening in a few different ways: listening to music, listening to a family member/friend/stranger, listening to your body, listen to your heart, and listening to the sounds of nature/the world around us.
We hope you are able to listen, with open ears and an open mind, to everyone and everything trying to tell you something. Doing so could even save your life.
