We can't believe it is the first day of September. Can you? This year is really flying by. This month, we'll be changing seasons from summer to fall. The weather will start to cool off, the leaves will start changing colors and falling, we'll be out raking leaves, carving pumpkins, going trick-or-treating, wearing long-sleeve shirts, going hiking, having Thanksgiving dinner, and getting ready for Christmas. But first, we have to get to Labor Day and September 11th, both of which are days we have been observing for quite some time now.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the actual event on September 11th. Our Founder/CEO was a junior in high school when this happened, and he'll never forget the day. Lots of confusion, people uncertain as to what exactly happened. Very bizarre, and still seems so surreal. So, this month may be one where you want it to fly by, or, one of excitement for things changing in positive ways. It's all about how we put it in our minds.
Although it may be hard to do this, keeping a positive, hopeful outlook may be our best bet for the present and the future. And, this doesn't just apply to ourselves, but to all those around us. Let's keep it positive!
