Happy National Chocolate Covered Anything Day today. Yes, this is really a day of observance on the calendar. It works out perfectly that we are in the midst of the holiday season, so plenty of chocolate chip cookies, hot chocolate, brownies, fudge, chocolate ice cream, and small chocolate candies (Hershey's kisses, M&M's, etc...) to go around. Have you ever had chocolate covered strawberries or chocolate covered bananas as well? Both taste amazing. The point is that you can really go down the rabbit hole quickly with how many kinds of food already have chocolate in them or can add chocolate to them to enhance the experience of said food.
So, go ahead and treat yourself today. We are giving you permission to do so. You deserve it!
