Multi-Tasking with Music

Multi-tasking--we do it all the time. We could be scrolling on social media pages while feeding our baby boy or girl. We could be driving while having a conversation on the phone. We could be walking and chewing gum at the same time. There are countless other examples of multi-tasking that exist in our lives, but these three come to mind first.

One of the ways I multi-task several times a day is through music. How? Because when I'm singing and playing a particular song on an instrument, I am thinking about what words come next in the song while simultaneously singing the current word as well as doing the same with each chord and musical scale I play. Not to mention, if I am playing with a tambourine on my foot and using a kazoo/harmonica while tapping my hand on the guitar like it's a bongo in between strummed out chords and singing, I am multi-tasking to the 'n'th' degree.

So, it's only fitting that I would take on the challenge of playing multiple percussion instruments at the same time in a video for your viewing and listening pleasures.
