Business and World Update

Here we are--the Middle of May. We're almost mid-way through this year, and can't believe everything that's transpired not only for our business, but the world at large so far.

We've seen 2 donations come in to our organization this year, one from a very generous donor in One Good Deed NJ and another private donor. Thank you again for your contributions. Our Patreon page has seen some growth, referrals are coming in from people we don't know finding us on Local Google Business listings for music services, our individual lessons have gone up by 7 new individuals in this year alone, the website is coming along and should be ready to unveil in the next month, we've released new material in the form of songs and audiobooks on Bandcamp, are in the process of working on another book (The Daily Bridge, with an audiobook to follow), our collaboration with SKIT on the Song on the Spot program is exciting, and more people and places (nursing homes, libraries, day programs) have been asking us to come in-person again (wearing masks and performing/running sessions outside). For this and so much more, we are grateful and most appreciative.

Vaccines to combat COVID-19 are available for anyone who chooses to do so. Places of business are opening up again for indoor dining, the idea of wearing masks is slowly going away (some places you don't need to wear them at all). Gas prices are higher than they have been in a few years (over $3.00 here in NJ at most gas stations). Cryptocurrencies are all the rage...Bitcoin prices have been fluctuating like crazy while Ethereum has been going up and up. All in all, it's a very interesting time to say the least.

With all of this going on, we hope you are able to keep a level head while pursuing the truth, goodness, and showing/receiving love on a daily basis. It can be easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everything going on in our personal lives and the world around us, so let us take a moment to step back from it and realize how much we do have that is amazing. Gratitude friends, it's all about gratitude.
