Hello there! We hope you are doing well and had a wonderful week. Here we are again--the weekend. For us, it is a time to refresh and recharge the batteries after a highly productive, constructive, and fun week of running sessions, providing lessons, engaging in interactive performances, and meeting new people through various conversations and introductions. Today, we have a long walk/bike ride ahead of us to get the body in motion, mowing the lawn, spending time with famly, and then heading out onto the golf course for a round with friends. It looks as though today won't be as hot as the last week and the chance of thunderstorms is low, so it should be a nice day to be outside. This is the major reason why we've planned many outdoor activities for the day. If you couldn't tell by our Instagram and Facebook pages, we thoroughly enjoy being outside and doing things in nature, so today is a 'field day', literally and metaphorically speaking, for us.
With all this said, we hope you are able to enjoy this beautiful day as well.
